Karaki Chaya or Dancing Tea : Make Kerala Monsoon Drink at Home

The star of the evening's full jar soda has lost its position and now a new star has come, that is none other than the Karaki Chaya or The Dancing Tea although the name is weird this Karaki Chaya is a member of the tea family. Now it's the time for Karaki Chaya to rule the social media after the insolvency of full jar soda.
We have tasted many types of teas like ginger tea, lemon tea, masala tea, etc the thing that makes the Karaki chaya different from others is its ingredients and recipe.

Ingredients for Karaki Chaya

  • 2 1/2 glasses of water
  • 2 1/2 glasses of milk
  • Tea powder 6 tablespoon
  • Sugar 6 tablespoon
  • Cardamom 2
  • Clove 3

Boil water in one pan and milk in another in the chopped water add enough tea powder, sugar, cardamom, cloves the boiled milk should be poured into a well. Pour three-quarters of a cup of tea into the glass and add a little more milk. Its beauty is in taking it and spinning it, for those who are unable to rotate the glass, cover the glass with an aluminum foil and just rotate it and your Karaki chaya is ready to be served.
